NTG’s Take:
I’d consider the Canon EOS M50 camera to be more a photo taking one than a video taking one. Canon is still behind Panasonic and Sony when it comes to video, but for photos it’s a great performer. The video performance is still adequate however. Canon has one of the best auto focus systems on the market so you won’t miss a shot. If you’re already a Canon person with a few lenses, then it could make sense to stay with them. The small size and weight make this camera great for travel.
The EOS M50 is a compact interchangeable lens camera for aspiring photographers looking for an easy way to boost the quality of their photos and videos. With clear, high-resolution 4K UHD 24p video, you can capture the incredible details and cinematic moments of your life at home or wherever your adventures take you.
With features from fast and accurate Dual Pixel CMOS Autofocus to a built-in electronic viewfinder, it’s easy to see and savor the best memories of your life.
