The Osprey Fairview 55 Women’s Travel Backpack is a great all around backpack that will meet the needs of the majority of people. It’s big enough to fit months worth of travel gear, but small enough to fit in most overhead bins. The detachable day bag also means you don’t need to bring an additional smaller backpack with you for those times when you need something smaller. The stowable straps is a great feature for when you need to check the bag. If you need more space there is always the 70L version.
